While visiting the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival we stopped by Mexico to enjoy some tacos. We got both the Shrimp Taco with Purple Cabbage and Taco de Rib-Eye with Salsa de Chipotle. Both were very flavorful. The Rib-Eye had a bit more bite than the Shrimp. The Shrimp Taco poblano sauce is one of my favorites and deserves a try when passing by. If in the mood there are several beverage choices including: sangria, beer and of course tequila. We were just starting out and did not partake in any but others seemed to be enjoying them.
