New to the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival this year is Scotland and it was such a treat to stop there. The food smelled great and we were not disappointed.
We enjoyed Seared Scottish Salmon with Cauliflower Puree, Watercress & Malt Vinaigrette. The flavors were out of this world and I wish they would make this a permanent country in the world tour. The salmon and malt vinaigrette was the right blend of fish and tang while the cauliflower puree was a great side to tie it all together.
The Glenfiddich Scotch Flight we took was an experience of 12, 15 and 18 year old scotch. I enjoyed the smooth taste of the 18 year old while my husband enjoyed the 15 year best. The 12 year was good but nothing compared to the other two. I would recommend stopping by the Scotland booth and making sure to let Disney know we would like to see this back next year.
